Home PageTroop 443 is a Boy Scout of America troop serving 11-18 year old boys in the area around Peterson Middle School (south east corner of Sunnyvale, CA). The troop is a largish troop, with about 60 registered scouts, about which 40 or so are active at any time. (Our scouts do many other things as well, and often are less active in the troop during a portion of the year.)The troop graduates one to two Eagle Scouts each year.The troop does many wonderful outings spread throughout the year. Visit the outings page for a description of a typical year. The troop meets on Tuesday nights from 7-8pm at Raynor Church in Sunnyvale. Generally we meet on school nights and the summer, not meeting on school holidays during the school year. Committee meetings (select adults) are held monthly. There are ample opportunities to help out (organizing activities, running the troop, committee member, etc). Please contact us if you are interested. |
